All post-processing is completed in-house with laminating, flat cutting, die-cutting and slitting machines, so every step from raw paper to finished product stays within our factory — no outsourcing needed. We offer laminating, embossing, cutting, slitting and custom die-cutting to your exact specification, with precise tolerances and clean edges. Regular and special shapes are produced from your drawings, cutting logistics, shortening lead times and tightly controlling quality and cost.

We maintain a four-stage quality-control system from incoming raw material to outgoing shipment. Incoming inspection checks GSM, thickness and surface quality of raw paper; in-process patrols ensure batch consistency; finished-goods inspection re-verifies dimensions, flatness and printability; and final sampling checks packing and count before dispatch. Every batch keeps inspection records, and SGS, RoHS, MSDS, SVHC and FSC test reports are available on request — traceable and verifiable.
